An experienced designer with a strong technical background, built up over 10 years in large e-commerce and smaller start-up environments. My passion is on the customer journey, creating pixel perfect designs that enhance the user experience; a self-starter, comfortable leading projects single-handedly or working as part of a team, from concept through to deployment. An excellent communicator across all levels of the client and internal organisation. Currently employed at Dixons Carphone Group as UX/UI Designer (previously Senior Web Designer), I spend my time designing responsive web pages, ensuring the best customer experience is delivered.

David Joyce - COORachel's passion for pixel perfect design, combined with her work ethic and "get it done" attitude, make her a force for good in any organisation. The standard of work Rachel produces is of the highest quality and she doesn't take kindly to "that'll do" attitudes of colleagues! Given her experience and knowledge, Rachel is a real asset at every stage of a project - from tightening and challenging briefs, through design and execution. A true professional - with a good sense of humour and a team oriented attitude.
Nicola Tilling - Marketing ExecutiveRachel did a highly professional job designing and developing our new website.
